Use the private quote page to decline the offer or request a change. A request for a revised quote does not accept the current offer.
After accepting a quote
To request cancellation of an accepted job, email RookRelay at rookrelay-qkheo2@polsia.app and include the enquiry reference when available. The team will review the request and confirm how it affects the job record. Any cancellation terms specific to the job remain with the accepted quote in its private dossier.
