RookRelay · service terms

From enquiry to agreed scope.

An enquiry starts a review and scoping conversation. The quote and any accepted job record define the specific work.

An enquiry is for review

Submitting an enquiry gives RookRelay information to review and use when deciding whether a service can be scoped. An enquiry by itself is not a quote, job acceptance, or payment.

Reviewing and accepting a quote

A quote states the proposed scope, deliverables, price, timing, exclusions, and any job-specific terms. You can accept, decline, or request a change from its private review page. Accepting records your agreement to that quote version; it is distinct from payment and does not itself submit a payment. Follow the payment terms and instructions shown in the quote.

Delivery

Work and progress are recorded against the accepted scope and the quote’s stated terms. The service does not promise a particular number of booked jobs, recovered leads, or amount of revenue.
